LIVE JAZZ WITH MOXIE

Moxie Theatre has been jazzing up the local theatre scene for five years with its productions of pluck and guile led by spunky female characters. At their new permanent home at the Rolando Theatre, Moxie brings some off-night events to the stage as well. This Tuesday, settle down for an evening of jazz with the San Diego Jazz Quintet playing compositions popularized by John Coltrane, Miles Davis, and Wes Montgomery. Tickets for this jazz concert are only $5 in advance, $10 at the door. All proceeds go towards Moxie Theatre. The quintet features Yuko Obinata on piano, Antar Martin on double bass, John Brooks on alto sax, Dwight Love on guitar, and Doug Hartley on drums.
