Donovan's - Gaslamp Quarter

No matter what you hear, fancy can be FREE. Such is the case at Donovan’s Steak & Chop House, with locations in La Jolla and the Gaslamp Quarter. La Jolla attracts the business suit set and the special occasion dinner, while the Gaslamp Quarter brings in the younger crowd with its large bar. No matter which you walk into, make sure to visit 4-6pm when they serve up FREE and juicy prime steak sandwiches during their Martini Happy Hour. Half-priced specialty cocktails and martinis, too.

Notice I said ‘prime,’ that’s because all of the beef at Donovan’s is USDA Prime. I’m a devoted vegetarian, but I can still appreciate quality. USDA Prime beef represents the top two percent of all graded beef in the United States.
